Innovation & Networking days on All-Solid-State battery technologies

#LCBAT12019 CLUSTER FINAL EVENT

#LCBAT12019

Open to the public, the Innovation & Networking days is a unique two-day event aiming to connect the LCBAT12019 EU-funded projects to the public and key European and international stakeholders and associations, in the field of All-Solid-State Battery Technologies.

The four projects forming the LCBAT12019 cluster – ASTRABAT, SAFELIMOVE, SOLIDIFY and SUBLIME -, will present their main outputs on the development of next-generation battery (Solid-State) during three dedicated topical sessions. An industrial session in which cells and materials manufacturers are invited will foster the connection of the projects’ results with international markets. Finally, a panel discussion with the associations’ representatives will aim to answer how LCBAT1-2019 projects will meet the new regulation and market scenario.

ABOUT PROJECTS

ASTRABAT investigates and develops a new Li-ion cell architecture with an all-solid-state electrolyte design suitable for the use of new high-energy electrode materials and mass production.

The main aim of the SAFELiMOVE-project is to meet the requirements of (future) BEV users like faster charging and longer battery cycle life.

The SOLiDIFY project proposes a unique manufacturing process and solid-electrolyte material to fabricate Lithium-metal solid-state batteries – known as Gen. 4b on the EU battery roadmap.

SUBLIME’s overall aim is to significantly increase EV adoption by taking on the technical challenges that are presented by the consumer needs.
